I mean for any VM that was started via libvirt.

e.g. I have a VM which I start manually via virt-manager (i.e. it
doesn't come up automatically on boot).
That one should IMHO be gracefully stopped, too.


If in addition, it's possible to gracefully stop all VMs from any
hypervisor that libvirt understands, that would of course be a nice
feature.
