I have upgraded to newer libvirt and I am now affected by this bug.

I have no custumization of libvirt.

umount -l /sys/fs/cgroup help here.

Severity serious because without admin typing the command above the package is unusable

virsh # connect qemu:///system
virsh # start debian-i386 
error: Failed to start domain debian-i386
error: Unable to create vcpu cgroup for debian-i386(vcpu: 0): Aucun fichier ou dossier de ce type
