When adding channel for qemu guest agent without path

   <source mode='bind'/>
   <target type='virtio' name='org.qemu.guest_agent.0'/>
</channel>

libvirt generates path that starts with /var/lib/libvirt/qemu/channel/target/,
but no such directory exists, and when domain started libvirt/qemu fails to
create file.
When administrator manually creates such directory domain can start again.

I think libvirt should use /var/lib/libvirt/qemu/ as path for socket or create
channle/target subdirectory
