You mean the contents of "/etc/libvirt/libvirtd.conf" file?
The only uncommented lines in this file are the following:

    listen_tls = 0
    listen_tcp = 1
    unix_sock_group = "libvirt"
    unix_sock_rw_perms = "0770"
    auth_unix_ro = "none"
    auth_unix_rw = "none"
    auth_tcp = "none"

This is from server which I'm trying to connect to over the (local)
network.

Please let me know if you need more information of if there are
something to try.

Thanks.

Regards,
 Dmitry Smirnov
