Dear Maintainer,
This is a simple patch that enables the build of the package gtk-vnc to
call dh-autoreconf scripts. With this change, the package could be built on the
new ppc64el architecture. This patch follows the instructions at
https://wiki.debian.org/qa.debian.org/FTBFS#A2014-01-21_using_dh-autoreconf_during_the_build
