Agreed.

I don't think it's worth the hassle: users will need to take some
manual action anyway, so they can as well switch to model=copyhost or
whatever it's called. However, it's maybe worth adding a few lines
about microcode updates vs. CPU features in README.Debian?

(Ideally, the microcode package's NEWS.Debian would have done so, but
now it's too late so the best place to clarify what's happening seems
to be the libvirt package itself, no?)
