Hi Guido,

sorry for bugging you again about this issue.
Even though you now also use --without-hal on !linux,1.2.4-3 still has a
Build-Depends on libhal-dev [!linux-any], thus blocking the removal of hal.

Would be great if you can do a followup upload which drops libhal-dev
from Build-Depends.
