the message below is in my system log.

	libvirtd[974]: XML error: malformed owner element

The same issue is reported in the Red Hat Bugzilla bug tracker as
#894667 [1] and the information provided there, I found the incorrect
file.

	$ sudo virsh pool-define /etc/libvirt/storage/on-home.xml
	error: Failed to define pool from /etc/libvirt/storage/on-home.xml
	error: XML error: malformed owner element

	$ sudo more /etc/libvirt/storage/on-home.xml
