The guest is MS Windows 7. It's running vdagent.exe and vdservice.exe,
both have version 0.5.1.0 (at least that's what the EXE metadata
says).

I don't know how to test. I can switch from the graphical console to
Serial 1, and type there, and then I don't see any echo. I'm not sure
I should expect echo.
