[Pkg-libvirt-maintainers] Bug#796878: virt-manager requires /usr/share/libvirt/cpu_map.xml from libvirt-daemon w/out depending on it

Dear Maintainer,

I use libvirtd on some servers and was always able to connect to them
via ssh.
I recently found out my laptop's virt-manager could not connect anymore,
complaining in the Python traceback that /usr/share/libvirt/cpu_map.xml is
missing and asking "is libvirtd running?".

Installing libvirt-daemon solves the problem, but I feel it installs
way too much unneeded packages (libvirtd, qemu-kvm...).

Perhaps /usr/share/libvirt/cpu_map.xml should be provided in a data-only
package?
