Hi, I'm seeing the same error on the logs:
Jun  1 17:31:29 ned libvirtd[20675]: internal error: End of file from monitor
Jun  1 17:31:30 ned libvirtd[20675]: error from service: TerminateMachine: No machine 'qemu-pbx' known

Output of virsh lists and machinectl:
root at ned:~# virsh list

root at ned:~# machinectl
