[Pkg-libvirt-maintainers] Bug#796878: virt-manager requires /usr/share/libvirt/cpu_map.xml from libvirt-daemon w/out depending on it

Dear [A-Za-z]+,

i ran into the same problem when trying to access my Wheezy host. I also 
tried several versions from [1] not using the setup.py routine. This 
problem occurred when using versions > 1.1.0.

Upgrading the host to Jessie seemed to solve the problem.

BTW: Wheezy uses libvirt 0.9.12.3-1+deb7u1 ([2]), Jessie librvirt 
1.2.9-9+deb8u1 ([3]), I am using virt-manager 1.2.1-4 on Stretch.

Seems virt-manager version 1.2+ cannot access hosts running older 
libvirt versions.
