I can handle the actual upload if you provide tested packages. You would
basically step up to maintain the backport for jessie from now on
especially concerning security updates until we retire Jessie. You can
subscribe to the libvirt package via the bts to see the bugreports.

Check the wheezy-backports package for some guidance on what kind of
issues can pop up over time.
