[Pkg-libvirt-maintainers] Bug#849293: virt-manager is uninstallable: virtinst binary package went missing

Package: virt-manager
Version: 1:1.4.0-4
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

virt-manager Depends on virtinst. Both are produced by src:virt-manager
and are Architecture: all, but the 1:1.4.0-4 upload somehow includes
virt-manager_*_all.deb but not virtinst_*_all.deb.
<https://tracker.debian.org/news/826567> says:

I don't know how this happened, but when I rebuilt it in a clean sid chroot
with sbuild, I correctly got both binary packages produced.

I would suggest making source-only uploads so that the Architecture: all
buildd will do the build in a predictable environment (this worked in my
sbuild when I tried it, so hopefully it will work equally well on buildds).
