While libvirt checks for suspend capabilities with pm-utils and systemd
(the later preferrred) it is still by invoking
pm-suspend
pm-hibernate
when puttint the host to sleep/suspend. In order to demote to suggests
we should provide the same functionality via systemctl first. I'll have
a look.
