Neil,

while working a bit on libguestfs 1.34 the other day, I noticed that
the problem exists there, too.

Whereas installing the sgabios package gives us somewhat meaningful
console output, linuxboot_dma.bin is still missing. I suppose that the
newer qemu version wants to use linuxboot_dma.bin instead of
linuxboot.bin from the seabios package.

After creating a symlink

/usr/share/seabios/linuxboot_dma.bin -> linuxboot.bin

... libguestfs-test-tool will work just fine here. Could you please
verify that the workaround does the trick for you, too?

If so, the bug should probably be reassigned to the qemu package.
