[Pkg-libvirt-maintainers] Namespace config issue with 3.0.0 (making sure it's disabled within /etc/qemu.conf!)

Hey all,

3.0.0 of libvirt went out with namespaces being set as "true" by mistake in
/etc/qemu.conf

Saw Debian 9 was frozen yesterday, just making sure that 3.0.0 is going out
correctly with the config value disabled (or perhaps updated to 3.0.1 to
include the namespaces=false in the config).
