Hi,
I'm trying to work on cleaning up Ubuntu Delta on Libvirt submitting all
code that should help Debian just as much.

In this bug that is about enabling some more features on ppc64el and s390x
Debian has those architectures as well and I know from Ubuntu that they
work since we carry that as Delta for a while now.
Thereby it should be pretty safe to let those Architectures benfit from
that in Debian as well.

In particular we do:
* Enable systemtap, zfs, numa and numad on s390x.
* Enable systemtap on ppc64el.
