Thank you Guido for the confirmation, I almost thought so seeing the
history of debian/libvirt-daemon-system.bug-presubj.
But since I didn't create that part of the delta I wanted to make sure to
mention it at least before dropping.
So in that point of view I guess our remaining delta is just a relic of the
transition off of libvirt-bin and I'll drop ours accordingly.
