Hi Guido,

You're right. That sentence is suitable more for developers not users. I 
meant to say that virt-manager uses GTK3 for the user interface 
components. Mentioning Glade does not add any value here. You could also 
drop GTK and just go with the fact the virt-manager is a user interface 
to libvirt and friends.

Unfortunately, I am not at all familiar with writing patches. I thought 
since you are the maintainer of virt-manager, you are in a better 
position to describe the package. Feel free to mix-and-match from the 
text I wrote above to the best degree you see fit.
