qemu 1:3.1+dfsg-1 enabled support for virtio-gpu + virgl aka.
virglrenderer (#813658). Unfortunately, when one enables this for
a libvirt guest, virt-aa-helper does not add the AppArmor rules needed
to make this work and the guest won't start. I've reported this
upstream along with a local workaround:

Filing this here too so that Debian users who may be eager to try this
new feature find this information more easily :)
