[Pkg-libvirt-maintainers] Bug#921713: Clarification needed in /etc/default/libvirtd

Package: libvirt-daemon-system
Version: 5.0.0-1
In /etc/default/libvirtd there is the following content:
# options passed to libvirtd, add "-l" to listen on tcp
#libvirtd_opts=""
If the latter line is uncommented and -l is added, libvirtd fails to
start because it does not have a certificate. The log message that
informs the user of this is kind of non-obvious, and not visible in
'systemctl status libvirtd' output. Would it be possible to add a short
note that a certificate must be added to use -l?
