[Pkg-libvirt-maintainers] Bug#918728: libvirt-daemon should provide iscsi-direct storage backend

Upstream now has an "iscsi-direct" storage backend which has several
advantages over the iscsiadm-based "iscsi" storage backend, including
performance and not having the iscsi devices visible to the rest of the
system.

Debian's libvirt-daemon package should build with this enabled, or provide a
libvirt-daemon-driver-storage-iscsi-direct package.
