[Pkg-libvirt-maintainers] Bug#918947: Drop sheepdog support

sheepdog is unmaintained and filed for removal from the archive,
see https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=908071

It would be great if libvirt could drop the sheepdog support
before the buster freeze, so that src:sheepdog can be removed
from the archive/buster in time for buster.
