I don't see any relationship between the patches that I tested and this
issue... but at the same time, I don't see any significant upstream change
either to 50-udev-default.rules so I'm not sure where it came from.
Maybe related to some other changes on how "uaccess" works? Every time I
modified manually /dev/kvm to "chgrp kvm /dev/kvm "and when I restarted
libvirtd, it was back to "root:root" ownership.
FWIW, I was running a git snapshot of June 13th with a patch for
PR12795 that I built on top of the packaging of what's in experimental.
