Can you please share:

 - the libvirtd.service logs:

     sudo journalctl -u libvirtd.service

 - the logs for the affected guest, that you can find in
   /var/log/libvirt/qemu/

 - the output of the aa-status command

Also, does this affect all your VMs or only one?
