[Pkg-libvirt-maintainers] Backporting virt-manager from testing to buster and stretch

I would like to backport the current version from testing to Buster and
Stretch backports (Hoping that works for stretch as well). Reason being
there is a patch which was submitted by me to libvirt which we use at
workplace and instead of me locally maintaining a local version I would
like to get it from backports.

Is it alright if I prepare a backported version for Buster and Stretch
of virt-manager?. Also can I keep these changes in virt-manager repo in
Salsa.?
