This happened because the cpu_map.xml file (back then it was only a
single file) was part of the libvirt-daemon package, and not of
libvirt0, so installing only the libvirt library without the daemon
did not provide all the needed bits.

This was fixed a while ago in the libvirt packaging, so I'll first
reassign this bug to libvirt, to close it later.
