[Pkg-libvirt-maintainers] Bug#997928: virt-manager: 'Debian 11' not an option under 'OS information'

Dear Maintainer,

under Debian 10, virt-manager's 'OS information' config area allows
the OS 'Debian 10' to be specified.

However, under Debian 11, virt-manager's 'OS information' config area
*does not* allow 'Debian 11' to be specified.

I fully realise I can select 'Debian testing' and that that's probably
just as good, but there is an obvious inconsistency here, which would
be good to address.
