This update fixes the test failures on arm64 that were
detected by the 7.0.0-3+deb11u1 build.

[ Impact ]
We can't do any further updates of libvirt in stable (unless we
disable the test suite or specific tests).

[ Risks ]
As this doesn't affect actual code in a binary packages the
risk should be fairly low.
