[Pkg-libvirt-maintainers] Bug#1032400: virt-manager: Windows 11 VM starts to cause system lock-up after upgrading to Bookworm

It turns out that the issue has nothing to do with virt-manager or qemu but the
BIOS of the system that could cause the system to freeze when accessing the
TPM[1].  Closing and sorry for the trouble.
