I confirmed it is due to the QEMU update. Keeping libvirt 10.5.0-1 and linux
6.9.12-1 and just updating qemu-system-x86 (plus a few deps) from 1:8.2.4+ds-1
to 1:9.0.2+ds-2 causes this.

I reported this upstream.
