[Pkg-libvirt-maintainers] Bug#1111785: libguestfs needs dhcpcd-base as a dependency

Package libguestfs0t64 does depend on "dhcpcd-base | isc-dhcp-client"
and the appliance's init script has code paths for running either
dhclient (from isc-dhcp-client) or dhcpcd (from dhcpcd-base).

So I don't really understand the problem. How can you have guestfs-tools
installed without any DHCP client binary?
