Hi,

adding this to the package as-is results in the following lintian
warning:

  W: libvirt source: invalid-po-file [debian/po/sv.po]
  N:
  N:   Errors were found in the listed PO file that will cause its content to be
  N:   discarded. Run msgfmt on the file to see the error messages.
  N:
  N:   Visibility: warning
  N:   Show-Always: no
  N:   Check: debian/po-debconf

Running msgfmt as instructed results in:

  $ msgfmt debian/po/sv.po
  msgfmt: input file doesn't contain a header entry with a charset specification

Looking at the existing translations, it looks like we're missing a
bunch of metadata. The diff below seems to do the trick. Any
objections to squashing it in?
