[Pkg-libvirt-maintainers] Bug#1137354: qemu dropped support for 32bit hosts, and there's no libvirt-daemon-system on 32bit architectures anymore, but libvirt-dbus depends on libvirt-daemon-system

qemu upstream removed support for 32bit hosts in version 11.0
(currently in debian sid).  This was difficult but sure decision,
which allowed to remove a lot of quirky code of questionable quality,
dealing with 32bit address space limitations.  This support is not
going back.

Hence, there's no libvirt-system-daemon on 32bit architectures anymore.
But libvirt-dbus package depends on libvirt-system-daemon, including
2 remaining 32bit release architectures: armhf and i386.

Please drop dependency on libvirt-system-daemon from libvirt-dbus package
on 32bt architectures.  Currently, this dependency holds testing
migration of qemu and libvirt.
