Hi Neil,

unfortunately I have to reject your package.

Please add the BSD license of
 doc/_static/default.css
 dashboard_app/static/dashboard_app/js/jquery.formset.js
to debian/copyright.

Please also mention the GPLv2+ of
  share/lava-mount-masterfs     

Further you distribute the minified versions of at least:
  lava_scheduler_app/static/lava_scheduler_app/js/jquery.jeditable.mini.js
  lava_scheduler_app/static/lava_scheduler_app/js/shCore.js
  lava_server/htdocs/css/smoothness/jquery-ui-1.10.4.custom.min.css 
without source (there might be others).

Please also mention the dual license (MIT and GPL) of some files.
