[Pkg-linaro-lava-devel] Bug#888681: /etc/modules-load.d/lava-modules.conf: blacklist is not a module

The reason for this failure is the incorrect parameter to modules.
blacklisting a module goes into /etc/modprobe.d/

modules-load.d is only for kernel modules to be loaded
