[Pkg-linaro-lava-devel] django-compat in Debian

django-compat 1.0.13 has been stuck in unstable for 500+ days due to
this bug:

Seems like it just needs a new upstream version.  I'm happy to do that
as an NMU, or via a merge request to github.  Then there is also this
bug, which looks like a simple fix:
