The include file #include "llvm/Support/IRBuilder.h"
is missing.  It is used on the fourth line of the LLVM tutorial 
code, http://llvm.org/docs/tutorial/LangImpl3.html, (almost halfway down 
the page) and llvm would seem to be pretty useless without it.

No filename containing "IRB" is in the package list on 
http://packages.debian.org/lenny/i386/llvm-dev/filelist
