The paths specified by the /usr/lib/llvm-snapshot/bin/llvm-config options
- --prefix, --bindir, --includedir, --libdir, --ldflags, --libs and --libfiles
do not point within /usr/lib/llvm-snapshot. Builds using these options can
be expected to get inconsistent results at best.
