Yes, that's what I was looking for.  It's not a big deal since the code
in question is one of many plugins for a crypto library.  When I use
LLVM to test, I simply disable building that plugin with no ill effects
(except that lack of availability of that algorithm).

I'm not really interested in yet another bugzilla account; if you're not
interested in forwarding it, then I'll simply wait until it's
implemented.
