sorry, but there are no llvm*config* packages AFAICT.

Though I did some digging and found that llvm-2.8 does install a
'llvm-config-2.8' symbolic link, however mesa is looking for a binary named
'llvm-config'. So the simple fix might be to add the 'llvm-config'
symbolic link to llvm-2.x packages... doing this manually results in a
successful compile.
