Bug#685013: clang: please upgrade GCC-based dependencies to 4.7

The bug http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=675056 is marked
as fixed in Debian. It was forwarded to gcc as
http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=53147 but marked as "resolved
invalid".

http://llvm.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=11926 shows that the necessary fix has
been applied to the 3.1 branch of clang.

Since 3.1 is already in Sid may be we can revisit this now?
