Bug#676144: llvm-3.1 doesn't introduce line number information recognizable by gdb

The bug is actually in llvm.

The attached patch reverts the change that broke it.

(Note that llvm does not have point releases,
it is a long time to 3.2,
and this bug is severe enough to make the package unusable for development,
so you have to patch it)
