Bug#693041: llvm-3.1: multiarch library path forced to /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu

Hi,

since the first upload to experimental, llvm-3.1 has the multiarch
library path forced to /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu.
This happens because in the packaging (both in SVN and in what has been
uploaded in archive) there are the .install files autogenerated from
the .install.in files.
Please remove:
- debian/libllvm3.1.install
- debian/libllvm-3.1-ocaml-dev.install
