Bug#691803: clang: please, provide (unsupported, if desired) snapshot versions of clang

Hi,

It seems that llvm/clang 3.2 is soon going to be released with some nice
features (e.g., some automatic vectorization, even if not ready for prime
time).

It would be super nice to have newer versions of clang in unstable or even
experimental, in the same fashion that there's a gcc-snapshot for
evaluation/testing/bug reporting of clang.

Just an excerpt from gcc-snapshot's description, which could be mimicked, if
clang-snapshot were to be available:

I am not filing an RFP bug, as I would like to see if the preferred way of
the clang maintainers would be, if snapshot versions were provided, to
"constantly" upload newer things to experimental or if introducing a new
package would be preferred.
