libclang1 | missing archives

no, i have libclang-dev installed.  i have these packages installed:
 clang, libclang-common-dev, libclang-dev, libclang1.  still, none of the
archives i listed are on my system.  you presented a link to sid, but i'm
using wheezy.  perhaps wheezy's libclang-dev package is incomplete?
