Bug#731711: [kfreebsd?] Fails to find C++ include paths

Version: 1:3.4~+rc2-3
Severity: important

> fatal error: 'cassert' file not found
> #include <cassert>
>          ^
> 1 error generated.

Adding a `-I/usr/include/c++/4.8/ -I/usr/include/x86_64-kfreebsd-gnu/c++/4.8` 
fixes the symptoms
