Package: emscripten
Version: 1.5.6~20130920~6010666-1
Severity: wishlist

Hi.

I just started playing with emscripten for converting some C++ code to
javascript and, now that libclosure-compiler-java is fixed (hooray!), I saw
that we have a rather old version of emscripten in our repositories.

Upstream has released many major and point releases, according to the tags
at https://github.com/kripken/emscripten/releases.

According to the page above, the newest version as of this writing is 1.7.8
and tagged one month ago.

Could we have a newer release packaged in Debian? That would be very much
appreciated.

Thanks a lot,

Rogério.
