I cannot reproduce this issue. The llvm jenkins jobs are fine:
http://llvm-jenkins.debian.net/ (the failing jobs are expected to fail).
I think you should report this bug upstream.
You should also try with the autotools build. Until bug [1] is fixed, I
am not planning to support it.
